The Best Western President Hotel will be on the right, between 8th Avenue and Broadway. ·From: Albany. Take the New York Throughway (Interstate 87 South) to the Palisades Parkway South (Exit 13). Take the Palisades Parkway to the George Washington Bridge. - As you cross the bridge follow signs for West Side Highway (9A). Take the West Side Highway South (Downtown).
